Municipality of Kazabazua

Public notice is hereby given by the undersigned, according to Article 73 of the Law on Municipal Taxation, that the new evaluation role 2013-2014-2015 has been filed. The evaluation role will be in effect for its first fiscal year in 2013 and any person may consult the role at the Municipal office located at 30 Begley Road, during regular business hours.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 74 and following the Law on Municipal Taxation notice is also given that any person interested may file an application for revision under Section 1 of Chapter X of this Law, on the grounds that the assessor of the M.R.C. Vallée-de-la-Gatineau has not made a change that should be made under section 174 or 174.2 of this Law.

To be admissible, such an application for review must meet the following requirements:

1. Under section 131.2 of the Act respecting municipal taxation, be filed during the fiscal year in which an event occurs warranting a change of role or in the following year;
2. be filed or sent by registered mail to the following location:
   

   MRC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau
   7, rue de la Polyvalente P.O. BOX 307
   Gracefield (Québec) J0X 1W0
3. must be filled out on the forms provided for this purpose and available at the above address;
4. must be accompanied with the predetermined fee by the By-law no 98-106 of the MRC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau and applicable per unit of evaluation by the request.
